Are your recruiters U.S.-based?
Yes. Tactical HR is United States-based, and we only employ United States citizens on our recruiting team.

Can you support multiple locations or different roles at once?

Do you use AI?
Absolutely, but we use it to make people faster, never to make critical decisions about candidates. An expert Recruiter needs to screen applicants to ensure we know who we are looking at. We never let a computer replace a person conducting the initial interview of candidates for you.
